These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and related digital touchpoints operated by Bondburry Recruitment Private Limited("Bondburry", "we", "us"). Bondburry provides recruitment, search, and hiring-support services to organisations and career guidance to candidates, in each case as agreed in a separate engagement, order, or written scope (a "Mandate").

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including where applicable the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and rules made thereunder; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"); and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to you under law.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that information you submit is accurate and not misleading. You agree not to misuse the site, probe systems without authorisation, scrape content in breach of these Terms, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

Content on this site describes our approach and capabilities. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance unless expressly stated in writing. Introductions, shortlists, and interviews do not guarantee an offer of employment or engagement. Hiring outcomes depend on employers, candidates, market conditions, and verification steps outside our control.

Where we act under a Mandate, the commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, fees, and replacement or rebate conditions (if any) are as set out in that Mandate and prevail over any general description on this site.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, professional fees, reimbursements, and applicable taxes (including GST as per Indian law) will be invoiced as per the Mandate. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services as permitted by law and the Mandate.

All branding, layouts, text, graphics, and compilations on this site are owned by Bondburry or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to view and download materials for personal or internal business use aligned with these Terms. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

CVs, compensation details, interview feedback, and client information shared with us are treated as confidential in line with our Mandates and applicable law, including obligations under the DPDP Act and IT Act where personal data is involved. Our Cookie Policy describes certain technologies on this site; a separate privacy notice may apply to processing outside this website.

This site and any materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Bondburry disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities, except where such exclusion is prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or use of the site (excluding a signed Mandate) shall not exceed the greater of (a) INR 5,000 or (b) the amount you paid us for access to the specific paid feature in dispute in the three (3) months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondburry and its directors, officers, and personnel from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or fraud.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site to protect security, comply with law, or address misuse. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation, indemnity, governing law, and jurisdiction) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, courts and tribunals at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the site, without prejudice to any arbitration clause in a Mandate that may apply to commercial engagements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
